Atlanta Baroque Orchestra partnered with Patsy Collins Consulting to lead a comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign designed to increase awareness, expand audience reach, and drive attendance to their upcoming performance.
We planned and executed a full-spectrum strategy across digital platforms and community channels, including:
π± Social Media Management β Created and scheduled organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligned with performance milestones. Engaged weekly with followers to maintain and grow audience connection.
π° Paid Digital Advertising β Planned and managed targeted ad campaigns on social media and local media outlets to boost event visibility and ticket sales.
π¬ Email Marketing β Designed and sent four email campaigns through Mailchimp (three promotional emails and one post-performance recap), ensuring consistent communication with the subscriber base.
π£ Community & Cross-Promotion Outreach β Expanded audience reach by sharing event posts in relevant Facebook groups, submitting to local arts and community calendars (ArtsATL, Decaturish, Visit Roswell, etc.), and coordinating with partner organizations, schools, music programs, and senior living centers for cross-promotion.
